LM224QT ST Operational Amplifiers

The LM224QT is a low-power quad operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics in TSSOP-14 package, designed for single or split supply operation with wide voltage range and low power consumption. For selection, verify single supply from 3V to 30V or dual supplies from ±1.5V to ±15V, gain bandwidth of 1.1MHz temperature-compensated, low supply current of 0.7mA per amplifier essentially independent of supply voltage, input bias current of 20nA typical, input offset voltage of 2mV typical, and operating temperature from -40°C to +105°C. Features include internal frequency compensation, common-mode input voltage range including ground for single-supply operation, and differential input voltage range equal to power supply voltage. Ideal for transducer amplifiers, DC gain blocks, sensor signal conditioning, active filters, power supplies, and all conventional op-amp circuits in single-supply systems requiring quad op-amp in TSSOP-14 package.
