The LM2577 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® step-up (boost) regulator delivering up to 3-A switch current with an adjustable output from 1.23 V to 60 V, operating from a 3.5-V to 40-V input. It features a 52-kHz fixed switching frequency and requires only 4 external components. Packaged in a 5-pin TO-263 (SX) for surface mounting, it is ideal for converting low voltages to higher voltages.
