LM2662MX/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The LM2662 is a switched capacitor voltage converter capable of producing negative or doubled output voltage, operating from 1.5V to 5.5V input. It provides 200mA output current with 86% typical power efficiency. The device can be configured as a voltage inverter, voltage doubler, or splitter. Oscillator frequency is 50kHz typical. The LM2662 requires only two external capacitors. Selection is ideal for generating negative supplies in portable electronics. Applications include generating -5V from +5V for analog circuitry, RS-232 interface power supplies, LCD bias generators, and portable instrument power supplies requiring voltage inversion or doubling.
