The LM2664 is a switched-capacitor voltage inverter operating from a 1.8 V to 5.5 V input, delivering a negative output voltage of –VIN with up to 50 mA output current. It features a 200 kHz typical oscillator frequency, high power efficiency (86% typical), and requires only two external capacitors. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (M6), it is ideal for generating a negative supply rail from a positive input.
