The LM2675 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® step-down regulator providing 1A output current with adjustable output from 1.21V to 37V. It operates from 6.5V to 40V input and features 260kHz fixed switching frequency for high efficiency with small external components. The device includes thermal shutdown, current limiting, and on/off control pin. Efficiency is up to 90% typical. The LM2675 requires only few external components and is available in 8-pin SOIC package. Selection is standard for easy-to-use step-down regulation requiring up to 1A with adjustable output. Applications include 12V to 3.3V conversion in industrial controls, automotive electronics, battery-powered equipment, and post-regulation for switching converters.
