LM26CIM5X-PHA/NOPB TI Temperature Sensors - Thermostats - Solid State
The LM26 is a precision, single digital-output low-power thermostat with a factory-preset trip point of 50°C (PHA option). It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and draws only 20µA typical supply current. The device integrates an internal temperature sensor, voltage reference, DAC, and comparator, requiring no external components. It provides a temperature-dependent analog output (VTEMP) with a -10.82mV/°C slope and a digital output (OS) that indicates over-temperature conditions. Hysteresis is pin-selectable to 2°C or 10°C via the HYST pin. The digital output is active-low open-drain, supporting CMOS logic levels. Accuracy is ±3°C (max). Selection is ideal for applications requiring a fixed temperature threshold with minimal power consumption.
