LM2733YMF/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators
The LM2733 is a 0.6/1.6-MHz boost converter with an integrated 40-V internal FET switch, operating from a 2.7-V to 14-V input and delivering up to 40-V output . It features pin-selectable switching frequency (600-kHz / 1.6-MHz), cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and internal compensation for ease of use. The device includes a 1-A typical switch current limit and is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 (YMF) package. It is ideal for white LED backlight drivers, LCD bias supplies, and portable medical instruments requiring high voltage from a low input source.
