The LM285M-2.5 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing a fixed 2.5V output, operating over a 20µA to 20mA current range . It features a maximum voltage tolerance of 1.52% and is designed for industrial temperature range operation from -40°C to 85°C. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads.
