LM2901AVQPWR TI Comparators
The LM2901AV is a quad differential comparator operating from a 2-V to 36-V single supply (or ±1-V to ±18-V dual), with an extended automotive temperature range of –40 °C to 125 °C. It features low supply current of 0.8 mA per comparator, a 1.3-µs typical response time, and open-collector outputs for wired-AND connections. Input common-mode range includes ground. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP, this comparator is standard for general-purpose threshold detection in harsh automotive environments.
