LM2901VQDRQ1 TI Comparators

The LM2901V-Q1 is an automotive-grade quad differential comparator qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from a 2-V to 36-V single supply (or ±1-V to ±18-V dual). It features low supply current of 0.8 mA per comparator, a 1.3-µs typical response time, and open-collector outputs for wired-AND connections. Input common-mode range includes ground. Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC, this comparator is standard for general-purpose threshold detection in harsh automotive environments. Applications include window detectors, zero-crossing detectors, battery voltage monitors, oscillator circuits, and analog-to-digital converter front-ends in engine control units (ECUs) and body control modules (BCMs).
