The LM2903HYPT is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) low-power dual differential comparator from STMicroelectronics in TSSOP-8 package, designed for single or split supply operation with wide voltage range. For selection, verify single supply from 2V to 36V or dual supplies from ±1V to ±18V, response time of 1.3µs typical, low supply current of 0.4mA per comparator, wide common-mode range including ground for single-supply operation, TTL/CMOS compatible outputs, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C with automotive qualification.
