LM2903VQDR TI Comparators
The LM2903V is a dual differential comparator operating from 2 V to 36 V single supply (or ±1 V to ±18 V dual), with an extended automotive temperature range of –40 °C to 125 °C. It features low supply current of 0.8 mA per comparator, a 1.3-µs typical response time, and open-collector outputs for wired-AND connections. Input common-mode range includes ground. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, this comparator is standard for general-purpose threshold detection in harsh automotive environments. Applications include window detectors, zero-crossing detectors, battery voltage monitors, oscillator circuits, and analog-to-digital converter front-ends in engine control units and body electronics.
