LM2903YQ3T ST Comparators
The LM2903YQ3T from STMicroelectronics is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) low-power dual voltage comparator in a compact 2mm×2mm DFN8 package. For selection, it operates from a single 2 V–36 V or dual ±1 V–±18 V supply and draws just 0.4 mA typical——around 1 mW per comparator at 5 V. The input common-mode range includes ground even on a single supply, simplifying low-side current sensing. A 7 mV max offset at 30 V, 0.25 µA max input bias, 16 mA typical output drive, and TTL/CMOS-compatible open-collector rail-to-rail outputs interface directly with logic. An industrial-qualified AEC-Q100 grade with a −40 °C to +125 °C operating range suits harsh environments. In application, it excels in zero-crossing detectors, overcurrent and overvoltage supervision, sensor threshold detection, PWM generators, and relay drivers in automotive body controllers, industrial PLCs, motor-drive inverters, smart appliances, and IoT edge nodes where compact size and reliable logic-level control are critical.
