LM2936HVBMAX3.3/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The LM2936HV is an ultra-low quiescent current low-dropout regulator providing 50-mA output with a fixed 3.3-V output . It operates from a 4-V to 60-V input, making it suitable for high-voltage automotive and industrial applications. The device features typical quiescent current of only 15 μA at 100-μA load and 20 μA maximum, enabling extended battery life in always-on systems. Dropout voltage is 200 mV typical at 50-mA load. Output voltage accuracy is 2% initial and ±3% over temperature. Built-in protection includes reverse battery protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (MAX) (4.9 mm × 3.9 mm), this LDO is ideal for automotive electronics, industrial controls, and battery-powered systems requiring a 3.3-V rail from a wide-input supply.
