LM311MX/NOPB TI Comparators

The LM311MX/NOPB is a single high-speed voltage comparator with strobe capability from Texas Instruments in 8-pin SOIC (D) package, featuring TTL/CMOS compatible outputs. For selection, verify single supply from 5V to 36V or dual supplies from ±15V, response time of 200ns typical, input offset voltage of 0.7mV typical, input bias current of 60nA typical, open-collector output for wired-OR, separate emitter output, and operating temperature from 0°C to +70°C. Features include strobe function to disable comparator and wide common-mode range including ground.
