LM311P TI Comparators
The LM311 is a single high-speed voltage comparator with strobe capability, operating from 5V to 30V single supply (or ±2.5V to ±15V dual). It features 200ns response time and open-collector/open-emitter output that can sink up to 50mA. The device includes strobe input for disabling the comparator and is compatible with TTL, DTL, and MOS logic. Input common-mode range includes ground. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C. Packaged in 8-pin PDIP. Selection is ideal for high-speed threshold detection in commercial and industrial applications. Applications include window detectors, zero-crossing detectors, high-speed A/D converter front-ends, voltage-to-frequency converters, and line receivers in telecommunications and industrial control.
