LM3150MHX/NOPB TI DC DC Switching Controllers

The LM3150 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous buck controller operating from a 6-V to 42-V input, supporting output currents up to 12 A and output voltages as low as 0.6 V . It features a fixed switching frequency adjustable up to 1 MHz, integrated high-side and low-side gate drivers, and requires no external compensation. The device includes undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. Packaged in a 14-pin HTSSOP (PWP) (5 mm × 4.4 mm) with PowerPAD, the LM3150 is ideal for industrial and automotive step-down power supplies, 12-V/24-V distributed power systems, and point-of-load (POL) conversion requiring high efficiency and a wide input voltage range.
