LM317AEMP/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear

The LM317A is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 1.5 A output current over an output range of 1.25 V to 37 V. It features typical line regulation of 0.01%/V and load regulation of 0.1%, with built-in current limiting and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 4-pin SOT-223 (EMP) for surface mounting, the LM317A is ideal for local on-card regulation in medium-current applications.
