LM317AMDTX/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear
The LM317A is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 1.5 A of output current over an output range of 1.25 V to 37 V. It features typical line regulation of 0.01%/V and load regulation of 0.1%. The device includes internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-252 (DPAK) for surface mounting, the LM317A is ideal for local on-card regulation in medium-current applications requiring a surface-mount adjustable regulator.
