LM317KTTR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear

The LM317K is a 1.5A adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator in a TO-263 (DDPAK) surface-mount package, providing output from 1.25V to 37V. It features typical line regulation of 0.01%/V and load regulation of 0.1%, with built-in current limiting and thermal shutdown. The device requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. The 'K' version offers enhanced power handling in surface-mount configuration.
