LM317MQDCYR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear
The LM317M is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 500mA of output current over an output range of 1.25V to 37V. It features typical line regulation of 0.01%/V and load regulation of 0.1%, with built-in current limiting and thermal shutdown. The device requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage and offers excellent ripple rejection (80dB typical). Operating temperature range is 0°C to 125°C. Packaged in a 4-pin SOT-223 (DCY) for surface mounting, the LM317M is ideal for local on-card regulation in lower-power, space-constrained applications. Applications include post-regulation for switching converters, battery charging circuits, programmable output supplies, and portable equipment requiring an adjustable voltage with a small surface-mount footprint.
