The LM319DT is a dual high-speed voltage comparator with TTL/CMOS compatible outputs in a 14-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify supply voltage range of ±5V to ±15V, response time of 80ns typical, input offset voltage of 2mV max, and operating temperature from -25°C to +85°C. Features include high input impedance, low input bias current of 0.5µA, and open-collector outputs for wired-OR configurations.
