The LM334MX/NOPB is a 3-terminal adjustable current source from Texas Instruments in SOIC-8 package. For selection, verify operating current from 1µA to 10mA set by one external resistor, supply voltage from 1V to 40V, excellent current regulation of 0.02%/V, initial accuracy of ±3%, reverse voltage protection up to 20V, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C.
