It operates from a 2.7-V to 30-V supply and features an accuracy of ±1°C at 25°C, with an operating range of –40°C to 100°C. The device consumes only 0.5 mA typical supply current. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-92 (AZ) for through-hole mounting, it is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring in HVAC, power supply thermal management, and industrial process control.
