The LM336-2.5 is a precision 2.5-V shunt voltage reference with a 1% initial tolerance, operating over a 400-µA to 10-mA current range. It features a 20-ppm/°C typical temperature drift and low dynamic impedance. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-92 (Z) for through-hole mounting, it is ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable references.
