LM337IMPX/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear
The LM337 is an adjustable 3-terminal negative voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 100 mA of output current over a –1.2 V to –37 V output range. It operates from an input voltage as low as –3.2 V to as high as –40 V. The device features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation. Packaged in an 8-pin SOT-223 (IMP) for surface mounting, it is ideal for local negative voltage regulation in lower-power, space-constrained applications.
