LM337LMX/NOPB TI Voltage Regulators - Linear

The LM337L is an adjustable 3-terminal negative voltage regulator capable of supplying up to 100 mA of output current over a –1.2 V to –37 V output range. It operates from an input voltage as low as –3.2 V to as high as –40 V. The device features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation for robust operation. Line regulation is 0.01%/V (typical), and load regulation is 0.5% (typical). Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, it is ideal for local negative voltage regulation in lower-power applications. Applications include generating negative rails for op-amps, adjustable negative power supplies, and battery-powered equipment requiring a negative voltage source.
