LM339AN TI Comparators

The LM339 is a quad differential comparator operating from 2V to 36V single supply (or ±1V to ±18V dual). It features low supply current of 0.8mA per comparator, 1.3µs typical response time, and open-collector outputs for wired-AND connections. Input common-mode range includes ground, and the device provides 100dB typical voltage gain. The LM339 includes internal hysteresis for noise immunity. Selection is standard for general-purpose threshold detection in industrial and consumer applications. Applications include window detectors, zero-crossing detectors, battery voltage monitors, oscillator circuits, analog-to-digital converter front-ends, and power supply monitoring in industrial controls, automotive systems, and consumer electronics.
