LM3409HVMY/NOPB TI LED Drivers
The LM3409HV is a P-FET buck controller designed for high-power LED drivers, operating from a 4.5-V to 75-V input . It features constant-off-time (COFT) control, analog and PWM dimming capability, and supports output currents up to several amps. The device includes a low offset current sense comparator for precise current regulation, thermal shutdown, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. Packaged in a 10-pin HVSSOP (MY) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for automotive, industrial, and architectural LED lighting applications. Applications include high-brightness LED drivers for headlamps, DRLs, signage, and general illumination requiring wide input voltage range and high efficiency.
