LM35DZ/NOPB TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output

The LM35 is a precision centigrade temperature sensor with output voltage linearly proportional to temperature in degrees Celsius. It provides 10mV/°C scale factor with ±0.5°C accuracy at 25°C. Operating range is -40°C to +110°C. The device draws only 60µA supply current and features low self-heating (0.08°C in still air). Unlike thermistors, the LM35 requires no external calibration or trimming. Selection is ideal for applications requiring direct Celsius temperature readout without negative voltage references. Applications include power supply thermal management, HVAC thermostats, battery temperature monitoring, automotive cabin temperature sensing, and industrial process control requiring accurate, low-cost temperature measurement.
