LM385BLP-1-2 TI Voltage Reference
The LM385B is a micropower voltage reference diode providing 1.2V output with 1% initial tolerance. It operates over a current range of 10µA to 20mA, making it suitable for low-power battery-operated applications. The device features 20ppm/°C typical temperature drift and low dynamic impedance of 1Ω. No external capacitor is required for stability. The LM385B is available in 3-pin TO-92 package for through-hole mounting. Selection is ideal for portable battery-powered references requiring extremely low power consumption. Applications include battery-powered test instruments, portable medical devices, low-power voltage monitoring circuits, current loop references, and as a precision shunt reference for 8-bit ADC and DAC circuits.
