LM385LP-2-5 TI Voltage Reference
The LM385 is a micropower voltage reference diode providing 2.5 V output with 1.5% initial tolerance. It operates over a current range of 20 µA to 20 mA and features 30 ppm/°C typical temperature drift and low dynamic impedance of 1 Ω. No external capacitor is required for stability. Selection is ideal for portable battery-powered references requiring extremely low power consumption. Applications include battery-powered test instruments, portable medical devices, low-power voltage monitoring circuits, and as a precision shunt reference for 8-bit ADC and DAC circuits in through-hole TO-92 package.
