It features 30-ppm/°C typical temperature drift and low dynamic impedance. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-92 (Z) for through-hole mounting, it is ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable references, including battery-powered test instruments, portable medical devices, and low-power voltage monitoring circuits.
