LM3886TF/NOPB TI Audio Amplifiers
The LM3886TF/NOPB is a high-performance audio power amplifier capable of delivering 68W of continuous average power into 4Ω and 38W into 8Ω with 0.1% THD+N from supply voltages of ±28V. The device features peak instantaneous output current of 11A, making it ideal for demanding audio applications. It includes TI's proprietary SPiKe™ protection circuitry which provides dynamically optimized safe operating area (SOA) protection against output overvoltage, undervoltage, overloads, shorts, thermal runaway, and instantaneous temperature peaks. Housed in an 11-pin TO-220 isolated (TF) package, it operates over -20°C to 85°C. Applications include high-end stereo systems, home theater receivers, studio monitors, powered speakers, and musical instrument amplifiers.
