LM4040C25IDBZR TI Voltage Reference
The LM4040C25 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing a fixed 2.5V output with 0.5% initial tolerance (C grade) and 100ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. It operates over a 45µA to 15mA current range, featuring low output noise and low dynamic impedance. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23 (DBZ), it is ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable applications requiring a stable 2.5V reference. Applications include 8- to 12-bit ADC and DAC references, battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical devices, power supply monitoring, and adjustable current sources.
