LM4040C50ILP TI Voltage Reference
The LM4040C50 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing a fixed 5.0-V output with 0.5% initial tolerance (C grade) and 100-ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. It operates over a 45-µA to 15-mA current range, featuring low output noise and low dynamic impedance. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-92 (LP) for through-hole mounting. Ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable applications, the LM4040C50 is suited for 8- to 12-bit ADC and DAC references, battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical devices, and power supply monitoring.
