The LM4040 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing 10.0V output with 0.5% initial accuracy (C grade). It operates over a 45µA to 15mA current range and features 20ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. The LM4040 is available in SOT-23-3 package for space-constrained designs. Low dynamic impedance of 0.3Ω ensures stable operation across varying supply voltages.
