LM4040CIM3-5.0/NOPB TI Voltage Reference

The LM4040C is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing a fixed 5.0 V output with 0.5% initial tolerance (C grade) and 100 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. It operates over a 45 µA to 15 mA current range and features low output noise and low dynamic impedance. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Packaged in SOT-23-3, the LM4040C is characterized for operation from –40°C to 85°C. Selection is ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable applications requiring a stable 5 V reference voltage.
