LM4040DIM3-3.0/NOPB TI Voltage Reference
The LM4040D is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing a fixed 3.0 V output with 1% initial tolerance (D grade). It operates over a 45-µA to 15-mA current range and features a 150-ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads. Low dynamic impedance ensures stable operation. Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23, the LM4040D is ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable applications requiring a stable 3-V reference.
