The LM4041 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference providing a fixed 1.225V output with 0.1% initial accuracy. It operates over a 45µA to 12mA current range and features 20ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads.
