The LM4041D is a precision micropower adjustable shunt voltage reference with 1% initial tolerance (D grade) . It provides an adjustable output from 1.225 V to 10 V using two external resistors, with a 45-µA typical minimum operating current and 12-mA maximum. The device features 150-ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient and low output noise of 20 µVRMS typical . It requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads, eliminating the need for output capacitors in many applications. Industrial temperature range is –40°C to 85°C, with the 3-pin SOT-23 package for space-constrained designs. Selection is ideal for low-power battery-operated and portable applications requiring cost-effective reference voltage.
