The LM4041D is a precision micropower adjustable shunt voltage reference with 1% initial tolerance (D grade), providing adjustable output from 1.225 V to 10 V using two external resistors . It operates over a 45-µA to 12-mA current range and features 150-ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. The device requires no external capacitor and is stable with all capacitive loads . Low dynamic impedance ensures stable operation. Industrial temperature range is –40°C to 85°C.
