LM4128DQ1MF2.5/NOPB TI Voltage Reference
The LM4128 is a precision low-dropout (LDO) voltage reference providing a fixed 2.5-V output with 0.2% initial accuracy (DQ1 grade) and a low temperature coefficient of 75 ppm/°C. It operates from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V input, consumes only 100 µA of supply current, and can deliver up to 20 mA of output current. The device is stable with a 1-µF ceramic output capacitor and includes thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (MF), it is ideal for battery-powered and portable applications requiring a stable voltage reference.
