LM4819MMX/NOPB TI Audio Amplifiers

LM4819MMX/NOPB is a mono bridged Class-AB power amplifier from Texas Instruments, targeted at low-voltage portable speaker applications. It works steadily from 2 V to 5.5 V supply, providing 350 mW output into 16 Ω load or 300 mW into 8 Ω load at 5 V under 10% THD+N condition. It embeds click-pop suppression circuit and thermal shutdown protection, with typical 0.7 μA shutdown current for power saving. The device needs no output coupling capacitors, bootstrap components or snubber networks, minimizing BOM count and PCB occupation. As a unity-gain stable device, its gain can be flexibly set via external resistors. Housed in tiny VSSOP package, it suits dense layout designs. It is widely applied in portable radios, MP3 players, electronic toys, mini Bluetooth speakers and low-cost consumer electronics requiring efficient mono audio drive with minimal peripheral parts.
