The LM5002 is a high-voltage step-up and SEPIC controller with an integrated 1-A gate driver, operating from a 3.1-V to 75-V input. It features constant on-time control for fast transient response, a programmable switching frequency of up to 1 MHz, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. The device includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO), thermal shutdown, and internal soft-start. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for 48-V telecom and 24-V industrial systems.
