The LM5022 is a high-voltage, current-mode boost, SEPIC, and flyback controller operating from 6 V to 60 V input (operates down to 3 V after start-up) . It features a 1-A peak MOSFET gate driver, an internal 60-V start-up regulator, and a programmable oscillator frequency up to 2.2 MHz . Additional features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, slope compensation, adjustable soft start, programmable UVLO, a duty cycle limit of 90%, and external synchronization capability, with total propagation delays less than 100 ns . Selection is ideal for high-voltage boost and SEPIC applications requiring a wide input range.
