LM5060MMX/NOPB TI Gate Drivers

The LM5060 is a high-side protection controller for automotive and industrial applications, operating from a 5.5-V to 65-V input. It features overvoltage and undervoltage protection with programmable thresholds, and adjustable overcurrent protection with circuit breaker mode. The device includes a gate driver for an external N-channel MOSFET, thermal shutdown, and a fault output. Packaged in a 10-pin VSSOP, the LM5060 is ideal for automotive and industrial high-side load protection requiring a wide input voltage range.
