LM5060MM/NOPB TI Gate Drivers

The LM5060 is a high-side protection controller for automotive and industrial applications, operating from 5.5V to 65V input. It features overvoltage and undervoltage protection with programmable thresholds, and adjustable overcurrent protection with circuit breaker mode. The device includes a gate driver for external N-channel MOSFET, thermal shutdown, and fault output. The LM5060 is packaged in 10-pin VSSOP. Selection is ideal for automotive and industrial high-side load protection requiring wide input voltage range.
