LM5069MM-2/NOPB TI Hot Swap Controllers
The LM5069 is a positive high-voltage hot-swap controller with integrated power limiting, operating from a 9-V to 80-V input . It drives an external N-channel MOSFET to control inrush current and provide overcurrent protection during board insertion and removal from a live backplane. The device features programmable current limit, power limiting, fault timer, and undervoltage/overvoltage protection (UVLO/OVLO) . The -2 option features automatic restart after a fault timeout . Packaged in a 10-pin VSSOP, the LM5069 is ideal for electronic circuit breaker and hot-swap insertion applications . Applications include high-availability systems (servers), telecom power distribution (48 V), industrial power supplies, and solid-state breakers .
