LM5069MMX-2/NOPB TI Hot Swap Controllers

The LM5069 is a positive high-voltage hot-swap controller with integrated power limiting, operating from 9V to 80V. It features programmable current limit, power limiting, and fault timer. The device drives an external N-channel MOSFET for inrush current control and provides under-voltage and over-voltage protection. The -2 option features automatic restart after fault timeout. Selection is ideal for electronic circuit breaker and hot-swap insertion applications. Applications include high-availability systems (servers), telecom power distribution, industrial power supplies, and 48V power systems requiring controlled power-up of cards into live backplanes.
